Discovery of Witches, A: Now a major TV series (All Souls 1)

Deborah Harkness

An epic and richly inventive magical romance, which was the 2009 Frankfurt Book Fair’s hottest title. Historian Diana Bishop enters a world of witches when she opens an alchemical manuscript in the Bodleian Library. This is the first book in the ‘All Souls’ trilogy.
